YourPCDoctor is a pleased to offer our services Monday thru Saturday to the North Texas and surrounding area from our Graham, TX location. With our remote-support technology, we aren't just limited to this region, but it's the area we call home.

We can be reached using a variety of options, including our contact page, calling us at 940-549-PCDR (7237) or stopping by our retail location. The initial diagnosis is always free.

Since a majority of our customers are people like you, the working class, we specialize in getting things done quickly and economically so you can get back to using your computer, not lugging it back and forth to some out-of-town 'big block store' only to have to make another 120+ mile round trip to pick it up days or weeks later.

We are open all day Monday thru Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm to receive your PC, perform the diagnosis and repair it in a timely manner, usually by the next business day provided we have the repair parts (if needed) in stock. And, our business days include Saturday pick up and drop off for your convenience.

If you can't make it by our office before closing time, just give us a call and tell us what time you will be by and we will wait. Our motto is to 'Serve The Customer'.

If we can't remotely resolve the issue with a phone call or via our secure remote solution over a high speed connection, drop by 1039 Fourth Street, Graham, TX where we offer all-day support Monday thru Saturday (and support by appointment on Sunday).

Sorry, dial up is not supported via remote support due to the latency, but we do offer Wireless Hi-Speed Internet Service to Graham and Possum Kingdom Lake, so ask about ditching dial-up when you call.
